The Florida CCIM Chapter president says “advanced commercial real estate education is a prime focus for CCIM,” and he’s proud that focus was “recognized by our colleagues.”
BOSTON – The Florida CCIM Chapter of The CCIM Institute was recognized for excellence at The CCIM Institute’s Midyear Governance Meetings. CCIM stands for Certified Commercial Investment Member.
The Florida CCIM Chapter received the recognition for hosting numerous educational events including Core and Ward courses (six-hour continuing education class), statewide chapter leadership training and awarding 24 scholarships for courses offered in 2023.
“The entire Florida CCIM team deserves accolades for receiving this honor from The CCIM Institute,” says Stephen Rigl, CCIM Florida Chapter president, 2022. “Providing advanced commercial real estate education is a prime focus for CCIM. I’m so proud of everyone in the Florida CCIM Chapter and our eight districts throughout the state who worked hard to ensure that our chapter’s commitment to education was not only fulfilled, but also recognized by our colleagues.”
The Florida CCIM Chapter is one of the largest in the CCIM Institute with 900 active members. It represents eight districts throughout Florida in the commercial real estate industry. The chapter hosts more than a dozen classes and seminars each year statewide to advance the commercial real estate industry.
The CCIM Institute is a global community with 13,000 members and more than 55 chapters. It includes 30 countries that educate and connect the world’s leading experts in investment strategy, financial analysis and market analysis.
