Hi, I’m George Chiavaras [pronounced Chia va ras]. When someone asks me, “what you do for work?”, there is nothing I like saying more than, “I sell paradise”. Because I do.
Here is a little bit about me. I’m a native of New Hampshire. I fell in love with Fort Lauderdale 20 years ago when I started vacationing here. I always dreamt about moving down here for the beautiful beaches, fantastic restaurants, quaint little shops, friendly people and of course, the year-round beautiful weather! A couple of years ago, I decided to make my dreams a reality so I packed it up and moved to Fort Lauderdale Beach. That was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I love this community that I now call home. I am truly blessed that I get to live, play and work here. Now I not only live in paradise, I sell paradise.
I have been passionate about real estate since 1990 when I first entered the business. I bring 30 years of sales experience, excellent customer service and the heart of a servant leader. What drives me is making my client’s dreams come true. I don’t sell houses, I sell homes. I take that very seriously.
