Juan started his working career at the age of eight as a delivery boy for the Evening Star newspaper company in Washington D.C. At an early age he gained basic knowledge about business and human nature. He is a graduate of Staunton Military Academy in Virginia. In 1968 Juan moved to Florida to attend St. Petersburg College where he received a degree in Education. Later he attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University earning a degree in Aeronautical Science. During his college years he acquired his own home and invested in a variety of real estate, enabling him to pay for his college education. For the past 25 years he has been a Captain for Continental Airlines flying world wide, and is currently flying the Boeing 777. This has lead to developing many international connections around the globe.
Moving to Ft. Lauderdale in the 90’s he has been a local resident for over 15 years. Serving as a Condominium Board member gives him a unique perspective when considering condo living. In addition, Juan and his wife raised seven children which provides a clear understanding of the requirements for a family. Whether you are interested in a condo or a single family home, he get’s it.
