Maria is a native of Southern Portugal, and from a young age showed interest in Real Estate by advising her parents to purchase land and build different projects in her touristic town.
Her passion for Real Estate keeps on going.
At the age of 18, she emigrated to Madrid, Spain, where she immediately started working with a developer. From there she moved to South Miami, with the same position, and familiarized herself with South Florida’s diverse marketplace. Only a few years later, she married a General Contractor and they immediately began purchasing their own properties in Broward County. From that moment on, she has been part of a thriving (and growing) family that includes Architects, Engineers and Contractors. She is involved as an investor, Owner and Builder. The Family business has participated in Projects such as:
· The Setai Hotel, Fifth Ave Manhattan.
· Trump Tower, Toronto.
· Trump Tower, Panama.
· Harrah’s Casino Hotel, Cherokee, NC.
· Brickell on the River, Miami.
· The Hermitage, Fort Lauderdale.
· The St. Regis, Bal Harbor.
In addition, they have participated, and continue to participate, in multiple Residential investments from Fort Lauderdale to Portugal.
Maria is a 30 year resident of South Florida and Licensed Real Estate for 10 years, with some stories to tell about sales, purchases, markets and construction. She has worked with several Brokers over the years, with experience throughout the Tri-County area.
