Born in Angola, Africa, of Portuguese descent, Patricia has lived in several countries and spent much of her life in the United States. This international background has given her a unique understanding of global business, diverse cultures, and the needs of both domestic and international buyers and sellers.
Patricia attended the University of Florida, studying Microbiology and Cell Science, before moving to South Florida in 1997. Her passion for real estate began in 2002 when she assisted a close friend and successful multi-million-dollar real estate producer. What began as an opportunity quickly became a calling. Patricia obtained her Florida Real Estate License in 2003 and began her career with Galleria Collection of Fine Homes.
Her early career focused on high-rise condominium residences, where she worked as a Sales Executive and later became a sales director, assisting the broker with multiple developer accounts. This experience provided Patricia with an in-depth understanding of new development, condominium sales, marketing, negotiations, and the intricate relationship between developers, buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals.
Over the years, Patricia successfully transitioned from real estate agent to entrepreneur and owner of Galleria International Realty. Today, she continues to be a full-time presence at the company’s Las Olas office, where she believes real estate is, above all, a people business. Her mission is to provide agents with the knowledge, resources, mentorship, and support they need to succeed while delivering clients an elevated, highly personalized level of service.
